Born and raised in Louisville, KY, Matt is a proud graduate of St. Xavier High School and Bellarmine University, completing a degree in Business Administration. As a young entrepreneur, Matt started a lawn care company — Raque Lawn Service LLC — and successfully sold the business after 13 years. Matt has been with LPL Financial since 2019, focused on putting the needs of clients and their goals as top priority. Seeking to provide additional value to clients, he holds the Wealth Management Certified Professional designation from The American College, which covers a vast array of financial planning strategies. Matt has also earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation, which encompasses rigorous training and examination in retirment planning, estate planning, investments, tax planning, insurance and employee benefits, and ethics.
Matt has been married to his wife Jackie since 2015. They have 3 young children, Carter, Mason, and Addison. Matt is a member of the St. Francis Xavier Society of St. Xavier High School and their current 2006 Alumni Class Agent. He is a member of St. Raphael Parish where he is involved in several ministries. When he isn't working, Matt enjoys spending time with family, taking on home renovation projects, playing golf, and cooking on his Big Green Egg.
